We have visited numerous times and have been very pleased with this location. Today was different. While most of the food was good, the pita bread was stale. They were out of my favorite soup (crawfish pepper jack) and they were out of the Blood Orange Lemonade, which I was excited to try. Service was great with friendly staff. What made me give this location 3 stars is how dirty the store was. The floors were a mess (food, trash and dirt), and we had arrived only 25 minutes after opening. Also, the men's restroom was disgusting (according to my husband). I have noticed recently that when we visit this location, not many customers are there. I hope ya'll stay open but you really need to clean up the place.

Why do they use plastic containers instead of steel(like chipotle) they are not washing them and they looked so slimy when I went. It’s disgusting and unsanitary

Enjoy visiting this location when I'm on the Northshore. Very clean and I enjoy the music and that I'm able to sit outside as well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wasn't greeted by an employee; out of 3 of them not one said anything. When the owner is there she's very welcoming and friendly.

Ainsley, the manager, was super helpful. Myself, my husband, teen son and elderly mother came. My son had a spill and Aisley and her crew were so nice and helped us clean it up. Very impressed. Great location!
