went tonight at 6:55 counters covered in spilled food , soup almost out, hot chicken on hot bar empty, workers not doing anything

It's always clean and they always have a smile on their face. The new owners and location has me wanting to go back more often.

Parking: Was able to park by front door.

This is the third time I have been to this site. I was there opening day, about two weeks ago, and again today. It has smelled progressively worse each time I visited. The first it wasn't too noticeable because of the amount of people. But the second time it smelled like fish, and now it smells like rotten fish.

I thought it as amazing I wish they still had baked cause I remember along time ago there was baked potatoes but the food was awesome very very fresh and very inviting a friendly worker and the 2 owners are super amazing

I usually enjoy the salad station. I had to eat in my car today because it was 84 degrees inside there building!!! I asked the worker and she said she didn't know. Looked at the thermostat and it said 84 degrees. Way too hot.

I love salad station- usually go to the one in Slidell but was in Mandeville running errands and stopped here. Salad was ok overall, but place really needs a good cleaning. If my kids weren’t ready to eat I wouldn’t have even ate here after walking in. Walls are dirty, counters are dirty, tables are dirty. Dirty wash bin and wash rag located next to the register, and container holding forks had crumbs in the bottom of it. Three staff members were present, and chatting, and the store was not busy. No reason for it to be this unkept. We love salad station but will not return to this particular location.

I was traveling to Mandeville from Texas to visit my dad in a nearby assisted living facility. I am on a severely restricted diet and had not eaten in about 18 hours. I found this place and was so looking forward to a really good salad. The salad was buffet style so you serve yourself. The items were super fresh. Really good and reasonably priced. However the young lady at the cashier register that rang me up has to work on her social skills. She spoke so low she was not audible and I had to lean in and ask her to repeat herself twice. Then she charged me for a Dasani water when I had a Coke Zero. When I asked about it she barely replied. And I could not hear a word she said. Nor did she fix it. So even though the food was great, I would think twice before returning because of how she treated me.

Not sure what is going on here. Flys all over the salad. Use to be good for a quick pick up salad for lunch. It's gross. The salad makings look like they have been sitting out, definitely not fresh. Very unfortunate. Staff is always helpful and friendly.

This store could use a deep cleaning. Also, there's gloves for guests to use, but the kitchen staff wasn't using gloves. I watched him use his hands to transfer food from a bin into smaller containers. The salad options weren't as fresh as it could have been.

Lettuces were very wet & soups didn't look very fresh. Think I'll stick with Rouses in the future.
