I've been enjoying Times Grill since the mid 90s. It's the only place around that has been consistently awesome, always fresh, always friendly. I have a family of picky eaters and it's the one place we can all agree upon. In my book, that's huge.
We have ate here many times. It is always good but never great. The mushroom or cheese stick appetizers are good. The potato salad or fries are good. The burgers are good but never cooked to correct temperature, always too rare or way over done. The burgers are often too greasy. The cheese is too often under melted. The prices are 25% higher than they should be. They stopped selling a 6 oz. burger during the pandemic and it is not as good since then. It seems to be better at...
Food was good, but I had an odd experience with my bill. I received a bill for the food I purchased, and after they processed the credit card it was for around 20-25% more. When I asked about the difference, they told me it was someone else's food added to my bill. They replied, "this happens sometimes" and fixed the issue. Seems pretty sketchy since they know it happens. Since their register system does not work properly, they should check the credit card bill...
