The service was great! Also, it’s clean and nice inside. I enjoyed my Philadelphia rolls and Udon.
Twin and Tan, the owners, were very friendly! They make sure the food is fresh, and Twin helps you understand the dietary values of the ingredients! We went to several other Sushi places around mid afternoon, finding out that they were closed and wound up at Twin’s place. She also introduced us to a complementary Emory salad that was awesome! We feel so very fortunate that we did end up there! We will absolutely be back!

I got to say, for a place I found on my own because I happened to be in Mandeville area Saturday, this was a great place to stumble upon. It wasn't busy Saturday afternoon, but we had great service, the food was delicious and had a great conversation with the owner / chef once she was done with our food.We started with the fried tofu steaks and jalapeño poppers for appetizers. Then got the tempora shrimp and salmon roll, and spicy tuna rolls on the side. For entree we got the tempora meal and the Charashi dinner. Everything was fresh and delicious. I highly recommend.
