Visited this location on 8/1 for dinner. We live very close, so we’ll visit often. Never had a bad experience here. The staff and service is always 10/10!! Our server tonight was Gordon, and he was very kind and attentive. The region manager, Ralph, was on the grill- everything was piping hot and DELICIOUS! He also seemed like a great leader and easy to work with. The entire team there tonight appeared to be very in-sync. We love this Waffle House, and it exceeds our expectation...
The two women who work there around 3:30 on Tuesday are the most immaculate servers in the world. They're so sweet and kind and their food is delicious and one of them put on Benson Boone, I didn't even know I liked Beson, but I do now because that song will remind of of how amazing this waffle house experience was. Also also, when I stood up to pay, it was spotless behind the counter. Cleaner than a Michelin star restaurant, thank you ladies you're the best.
The BEST Waffle House on the Northshore!! We come at least once a week & the food & service is consistently good. Queen & Christina always serve us & we LOVE them. It obvious they care about their customers & coworkers!
