The old lady (I guess the manager?) was quite rude as soon as I walked in. Workers were exceptionally slow. they also forgot the fries for my combo. When I went back to get them, they were thrown in a paper bag instead of the normal cup. Also they were cold for some reason. Really weird. Wouldn't eat there again.

they automatically upsize both DID NOT REQUEST UPSIZE!!! second window person rude fries cold but make damm sure you ask for condiments because they aren’t included in your upsized meal…. In short go somewhere else……..

Drive thru is terrible At 1:50 Pm today I ordered a 5 dollar meal after receiving it O checked it and found that the order of fries had about ten fries in the container so I drove around and told the window server O wanted a correct order of fries .She argued and said there were more fries in the bag and I handed her the bag and told her there were two in the bag.She accused me of throwing the bag at her. When she gave me bag back she shoved it at me. She is the same person that screed up my order this past Saturday morning.
Even better she’s the manager. Wendy’s seems to have a training problem with their managers
I stop at this store at least -10 times a month to buy the same meal. I know what I’m supposed to get and expect it. But I know I will be judged wrong because I a white male and she is a black woman.
She has an issue and her supervisor should address this problem. As for me this store has just lost my business.

I walked up to the counter to order food at about 4:30 in the afternoon and I was the only customer in the building. Several staff members looked at me but no one bothered to say hello or ask me if I needed help. They completely ignored me and continued their personal conversation. Then another lady came from the back of the kitchen and said there's a customer at the counter... I still was not greeted for several moments. When one of the employees did come to take my order, he never once smiled. I felt like I was interrupting their day and they were bothered by the fact that I wanted to order food. Overall, they were very unprofessional bordering on rude. I won't go back.

Every single time I order a meal here, they automatically make it a large size, without asking, causing the meal price to go up by $3-$4. I literally now have to tell them do NOT large size the meal. I wonder how many people they get away doing this to.

The drive through employees have some kind of issue going on because he was extremely rude to me while ordering and getting my food. I was respectful the entire time while he was being rude to me and the person who's order he was taking behind me. I will never come back to that location ever again.

Is there a policy for this location to always add large or extra large without asking?! They just assume that’s what you get and take it! I obviously didn’t want to spend more money, or I wouldn’t have gone to Wendy’s! It’s not even the price stated on the menu.
