Listen as someone who works in the service industry I understand yk having a bad night but this is unacceptable. The woman working drive thru was rude as all hell. She was older with a pixie cut had the worst attitude. My husband who is the sweetest most understanding person ever even felt some type of way from her. She told us to pull forward and we did and she continued to mumble under her breath profanity about us and it’s just not needed. If u hate your job so much there’s plenty of places in mandeville to make you happy and if that’s not the case for u then move. Nobody deserves to be talked to like that especially if we are just trying to move on with our lives as u.

Oh my gosh, I just wasted 35 minutes at Wendy's I won't get back! Was in the drive-up with 2 cars ahead of me and it took 15 minutes to even get to the window to order. Placed my order (took 10 minutes for him to get it) then another 10 minutes to actually get the order AND IT WAS WRONG! Didn't even get the drinks we ordered. Pitiful service.....

Worst drive Thur service ever!!!! I’ve live in Mandeville for 8 years and not one time have I ever gotten thought the drive Thur in less than 30 minutes That’s definitely not the definition of fast food

The old lady (I guess the manager?) was quite rude as soon as I walked in. Workers were exceptionally slow. they also forgot the fries for my combo. When I went back to get them, they were thrown in a paper bag instead of the normal cup. Also they were cold for some reason. Really weird. Wouldn't eat there again.
