Placed an order online, show it hit my bank account, staff had no record of the order and told me nothing they could do. Showed them a screenshot of the order showing that it was paid and was still told they had no record of it. Never going back to this place again.

Doesn't even have the menue board in drive through.just to see...I drive through...it's been about a month, no menue up..shows a.m. food. Their excuse is another reastraunt is borrowing it. Lol...really. Then they want to have an attitude if you don't know what you want as though you should have the menu memorized. Have you pull up or back up just to keep their Timmer for drive-through fixed. Foods Luke warm .closer to cold, dead fries...Asking for ketchup seems to be a huge task for them to execute. Guess they ration ketchup and straws here. Don't even know how wendys is still open. Pretty much every store sucks at everything.Between the workers, management, and the company, it's self.....you'd think issues would be fixed....for a slogan of not cutting corners , a whole Lotta other corners seem to be being cut.Sad, because it's not all the workers' fault. We are all human and make mistakes, but customer service should still be a priority..versus feeling like a burden to even be showing up hungry and wanting food bought with our hard earned money.To Wendy's head quarters..... get it together!Take care of your workers and perhaps they will care more to take care of customers.

This Wendy's location usually does not disappoint. Though the sandwiches can be sloppy, everything seems to be on the level and I enjoy the food here by drive thru on occasion. It's a lot better and my first choice than other fast food restaurants.

Buddy with the ear gave us terrible service and the short fat girl with the struggle pony tail gave us nothing but attitude because I only had a 100 bill. We were going to eat eat inside but the attitude, the ponytail and the ear left a nasty taste in our mouth. So instead we decided to eat in our car. Then they proceed to cause more issue and called the police because we were sitting on "private property" eating food in our car lol. I wish I could make this up. The cops laughed and said if you guys don't mind leaving to make them feel better. We said sure and laughed with the police about Wendy's new policy on not eating outside their restaurant after getting food. They suck long story short. Be aware of the black dude or The Ear Man. And also be aware of the short fat chick with the so call pony tail. They know who they are??‍♂️

Employees look you in the eye then continue with their gossiping and complaining between each other while you stand at the front counter like an idiot. It's not until they are done with their conversation that they acknowledge you. Even then, they treat you as if you're an inconvenience.
