Went yesterday at 12:20pm and they said there is a 15 min wait for chicken. Why on earth don't you have chicken on order during the lunch rush? Went today asked for spicy dark 5pc and got a regular mixed 5pc instead. Won't be back.

We were the only ones there getting food. Went through the drive-thru and was told to pull to the front of the store to wait for our food. Waited about 20 minutes before they finally brought it out. I was expecting to have fresh chicken and fries since of the wait... but we did not get that. Our food was warm but not hot and fresh, was disappointing.

Cold chicken old tasting fries and a dirty place. We love Popeyes but while moving through LA this one we stopped at in Mansfield LA was not worth the stop. The folks working there were friendly enough but we came for the food.
