“Out in Louisiana for a hiking expedition! Spoke to some locals regarding where to get something good and fast. They said, "Go to Southern Classic!" Oh man, that is some AMAZING FRIED CHICKEN!!! ?? It is juicy, flavorful, crispy (but not too crispy), very good old-fashioned homestyle like Grandma used to make in the iron skillet kind of chicken. We had mashed potatoes and red beans and rice as our sides. Very good as well! But that chicken... I'm getting hungry for it again just thinking about it!“
