I’m in the South Tower. The air condition doesn’t work, the room feels like it hasn’t been cleaned in a long while, and there were no refrigerator or microwave so this ad is misleading. I’ve been here 4 days and the room hasn’t been cleaned once. I asked for a refrigerator and 4 days later, I still don’t have one. The casino has been empty so I’ve not seen anyone win much less playback. I guess they are losing money. Most of the employees look like they are sleeping...
I stay here weekly due to work. Friendly staff and my room is always clean and very comfortable. Check in and out is very easy. Restaurants are very good inside the casino also. Complimentary shampoo and conditioner provided - rooms have blow dryer also.
Very laid back environment and the room was comfy and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfy and I slept well after being in the casino all night. The slots hit for me all weekend! They have a really nice golf course as well and my son-in-law played 18 holes. Very good trip and will return.
