Panaroma Foods catered our wedding at Bailey's in November 2021. We ordered jambalaya, brisket, crawfish dip, crab cakes, green beans, eggplant dressing, crispy baked mashed potatoes, and had a charcuterie board on the bar with smoked salmon, boudin, etc. We still hear praise about the Steen's sausage, the mashed potatoes, and the brisket. Panaroma catered our wedding at Bailey’s. We ordered the chicken fettuccine, fried bacon wrapped shrimp, green beans, and garlic bread with a bartop charcuterie board. The fettuccine was creamy and hearty, the shrimp were fried to perfection and the green beans and bread was excellent. The charcuterie board was beautiful and provided an excellent snack and social centerpiece. We get shrimp crawfish and sausage bread, we also buy other food,it's Awesome John Ed and Tiffany are wonderful people...I recommend Pamaroma Foods in Marksville La, and they ship,I send bread to Maine...
