“Had a great experience at Deja Vu! I ordered jambalaya for carry out, but enjoyed the atmosphere while waiting for it, and enjoyed chatting with the bartender, Devan. Food was excellent too and the portion was quite large. Will definitely be back!“

“Staying nearby and drove by a few times and saw it was always busy. Walked up for an early dinner and couldn’t have been more impressed. Great people, great atmosphere and unbelievably delicious food made with fresh ingredients. Also found everything reasonably priced. Very happy that we trusted in our rule of eating where the locals go. How have they not been featured on the Food Network???“

“ON yesterday I came there first time visiting, me and my friend we order a seafood platter and a red beans platter everything was delivered only problem we had was that the manager that was on duty was in the kitchen wiping her nose with napkin, sneezing and also standing in front for the food I think that is so unsanitary for one why is yall manager at work sick 🤒 I will be calling corporate“

“The bartender after Bobby was truly awful. I've bartended 10 years in NY/lower Decatur and she was one of the most unfriendly bartenders I've ever encountered. Giving 5 stars because Bobby is a gem but I could do everything in my power to make sure people never went there if I knew that horrible woman was the server for the night“
“St. Joe’s has been my favorite neighborhood staple for years. The ambiance and drinks are incredible (the blueberry mojito is my go-to), and the bartenders have always been consistent, welcoming, and a huge part of what keeps people coming back.
That’s why it came as such a shock to so many of us to see Meg let go, especially as the only woman on staff. St. Joe’s has always been a great bar, but Meg made it exceptional. She’s upbeat, incredibly attentive, and has a way of making everyone feel taken care of.
What really set her apart is how she created a space where women felt comfortable, safe, and genuinely welcomed, whether they were regulars or walking in for the first time. Because of her, I’ve personally seen a whole new wave of women become regulars who likely wouldn’t have otherwise.
Her presence didn’t just add to the atmosphere, it expanded the community.
A lot of us feel strongly about this and would truly love to see her back behind the bar. It would mean a lot not just personally, but for the broader community that she helped build at St. Joe’s.“

“Run don’t walk. This is by far one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had (and that says a lot bc I love pizza). The staff was extremely nice! The food came out quickly and they let the kids play with dough while we waited. My kiddos said “‘mommy can we come back here? This is the best pizza EVER”: 10/10 recommended“
