Went to have lunch today. The first thing I saw was a waitress, carrying someone’s food to the table, very close to her face and yelling at the employee behind the counter because he said the wrong number or whatever. I could literally see all the spit flying out of her mouth and landing on the peoples food.
Next, we went to sit down at a table that hadn’t been cleaned. It had a half filled drink cup, sitting on it, water all over and two dead flies on the table. When...read full review

DiMartino's Famous New Orleans Muffulettas offers fast, friendly service with authentic New Orleans PoBoys and Italian food. The menu includes classics like Meatballs, Chicken Parm, and a 40-year-old Famous Potato Salad Recipe. Customers praise the delicious food, from tender Thin Sliced Roast Beef to fresh sauce on crispy bread. The new location on Barataria is beautiful, with a family-oriented dining room and smiling staff. Favorites include the Muffaletta, Shrimp PoBoy, eggplant sticks, and fried mushrooms - a guaranteed hit for any meal! The restaurant is nice and clean, making it easy to place orders with friendly cashiers. Many find the food enjoyable, though some items like gumbo may be a bit bland. The Muffaletta is made fresh and smells great, often enjoyed as a takeout meal. The eggplant parmesan dish is well cooked and served with butter toast, offering a delicious experience. The staff, especially the manager team behind the counter, are very nice, sweet, and friendly, creating a warm atmosphere. Customers also recommend choosing the half Muffaletta, as it is filling. The onion rings are outstanding, made with red onions that are thinly sliced, perfectly battered, and fried. However, some note that the onion rings are thin and lack onion flavor, and advise against paying $11 for them, as they might be better at other places like Burger King. Overall, the place is loved for its authentic flavors and welcoming atmosphere.
