Bad service
Arrived at drive thru. When I pulled up to the speaker, they told me to wait. The other lane had four cars served before anyone came back to the speaker to take my order. When I ordered, I asked for a number one and a number two. The order was changed to a sandwich deal that did not include fries. This was not what was ordered. Poor service, the new touch screen order system takes more time than ordering through a person and isnt worth the time. Employees have horrible attitudes, they are nore worried about their cell phones than customer service. The managers talk to their employees like they are crap, they are not leaders nor managers, they are bullies. The fountain drink machines are flat most of the time and they rarely have tea brewed.
