There were only 3 employees working. One guy struggling to make all the drinks and the other chatting merrily with a customer at the window and one manager working on a laptop trying not to make eye contact. I waited almost 10 minutes to be acknowledged, almost left.

Expensive meh. If you think that three mediocre microwaved breakfast sandwiches, an iced coffee, and two small lemonades should cost $35, then you’re in the right place. For me? Not worth it. Other local shops with similar fare will cost you much less.

This is my last time visiting this location. This has been my go-to for 20 years. My order was supposed to be ready. I got the notification it was ready, placed the order 20 minutes ahead of time. My drink was there, the food item wasn’t, I asked if it was ready, and got a “they are working on it “ every one came and went with their items, waited patiently for another 15 minutes past the time it was supposed to be ready. Asked again, no one had the order, I left without my food and drink complete waste of my time and money. This is has happened on Several occasions I will never return.

Very disappointed! Paying the amount of money we pay for half your drink is insane . This picture does no justice for the amount that I have in this cup right now I’m not sure what’s been going on with this location, but this is the second time this has happened to me. Making this my last time, ordering from here.

I placed a mobile order , when I arrived it wasn’t ready . I asked if it would be coming up soon a barista said yes . After 15 min I asked again and another lady retrieved the watery coffee that was prepared but not in the pickup area . I’m disappointed with the whole interaction .Please train these new people better to run the store. I frequent this location every week and this usually is not a problem .
