Rusted, old Iceberg lettuce. Old tomatoes. Limp, old onions. Out of provolone cheese. Poorly wrapped, overly wet sandwich. Waste of $8.
Subway in Maurepas Ordered online 2 sandwiches and a pizza let's just say the order was messed up and nasty, wrong bread for both sandwiches the chicken was Ice cold the bacon wasn't cooked either ,my sons pizza had cheddar cheese on it i didnt ask for he wouldn't even eat it waste of $8 ,the lady working looked so high no idea how she was even standing.get it together everytime we try and eat here its horrible who's running this subway?shut down if you can't find employee's who want to make your subway a good one or get up there and make it right !!not sure we will ever try again sad!!!!
I’ve only been here maybe three times in a year, and each time it’s an absolute horrible experience, the employees are always very, VERY rude…. My partner wanted a chicken salad sandwich, and the worker literally put some chicken then squeezed a bunch of mayonnaise on top!! Like what? He said , yeah I don’t want that, and ordered something else. Don’t go here.
Don’t even bother paying for extra toppings… they won’t put it on your sandwich . You probably won’t even get the normal amount, but instead half of what it’s supposed to be! Every time I come in there’s a new person behind the counter, and I have yet to meet one that wasn’t extremely rude!

Ordered turkey bacon avocado wrap, didn't get any cheese and they didn't even have avocado... would've been nice to know before they made my wrap... others ordered meatball and mozzarella, and they had no mozzarella, and the last person ordered the sweet onion chicken teryaki and they didn't have the cheese she wanted either... so, all three of us got food we were highly disappointed with, and it still cost us $40 for 2 sandwiches, a wrap, and a pretzel... will not return... sorry I had forgotten that I already promised not to return last year...

Absolutely horrible experience here for the second time now! Everyone makes mistakes, but WOW I will never be back here again. Horrible etiquette is what did it for me. I called to let them know when I got home my bacon is absolutely RAW and my toasted sandwich is ice COLD. It was a pick up order and for reference I am only 2 minutes away from this place. So it was never properly toasted to begin with. They tossed a bunch of random vegetables on both of our sandwiches and when we called them they wouldn’t do a thing to rectify this. That’s what gets me.. I was being cut off before I could even explain the situation he said they are closing nothing he can do. Like YES you can do something. Say “Ma’am I apologize for the mistake we are closing tonight however if you come tomorrow we can correct this.” I wouldn’t mind bringing the sandwiches back so they can really look at how bad they are. Food is NOT cheap. I’m a nurse who works hard for my money and I for certain do not want to spend hard earned dollars here ever again.

Customer service is lacking terribly here. The lady starting my order didn't say a word until I asked what the process is for ordering. I was clearly confused as to what was happening, but she stood there looking angry at the world. Lady #2 wasn't bubbly but she was pleasant and thankfully guided me through her part before ringing me up.The food was fresh, though there aren't as many options in the toppings as there were years back. We all know the price is crazy high and I didn't see any deals or specials. Until the staff is more customer service friendly, I only recommend going here if you truly must have a sub sandwich.

Walked into the store No one was at the front counter. When I asked her to make me a specific sandwich a.k.a. the manager she said that they said it was usually warmed and they have to warm up now because of the fact that she did not want to make another sandwich after my boyfriend went back in there and said hey, can you please redo the sandwich, She didn’t these exact same way and then when I called and said hey, you disrespected both of us she wanted to say that she did not give us an attitude. Poor service, disgusting environment, and rude staff. Do not recommend if you want your sandwhich to take longer then 5 minutes and done right.

Apparently this location dosen't offer sweet tea. Been there several times and there is nothing there.
Great locationCame in just at closing time the 2 employees looked exhausted but greeted me with a smile got my order out swifly accurately &efficientlyI will be back to visit Ms ally and the really nice blue haired lady.
