“I have been going to Cortanza's all my life. IMO, they are the best snoball stand around! They have a ton of options including many sugar free flavors. They also have delicious soft serve ice cream, lots of options for toppings, and snack items as well. The cheesecake stuffing is particularly delicious. During the hotter months there is always a line, but it goes pretty quickly. They also sell t-shirts and recently have added cute earrings to their stock.”

“Ok- so if you are new in the area and you need some help settling in- this group of people are the BEST! Its not too slow and not to crowded- GET THE CHEESEBURGER WITH FRIES!!! OMG! Absolute the BESTEST EVER! The customers are great and the staff is outstanding. It doesn’t matter whether you want to drink some spirits or just chill out and catch the game- everyone makes you feel welcomed. Can’t wait to bring my parents when they visit. Make sure you go at least once to one of their “Cook-Off” contests! I promise you will make it a point to go again. This place is tucked away on Hwy 22 in Maurepas, Louisiana. “Love it boiled seafood mostly year round . Our fav. Good waitresses Red will sometimes come out to visit with customers. Even the fried chicken is good . Fries Seafood is good all just a little similar in batter. we return almost biweekly for food.”

“Always a great time a extremely friendly staff. Live music every weekend and awesome atmosphere every day of the week. Parking lot can be a bit crowded, but don't let that stop you. Its very well organized between their boat launch and trailers, visitor vehicles (people out on boats), and active customers.Always had and will be a staple of the community.”

“My fiancé and I love playing pool here and listening to music. Whether it's on the jukebox or one of the many bands they host, there's always a nice tune going on. The owner and staff are all kind and welcoming.. at this point a lot of them have become good friends of ours. The food specials are always top knotch. Great place for lunch or dinner! I love that it sits on the river so, you can go out back and relax by the water with your drink and/or maybe have a smoke if you'd like. Definitely a favorite hangout spot!”
