Walked into the store No one was at the front counter. When I asked her to make me a specific sandwich a.k.a. the manager she said that they said it was usually warmed and they have to warm up now because of the fact that she did not want to make another sandwich after my boyfriend went back in there and said hey, can you please redo the sandwich, She didn’t these exact same way and then when I called and said hey, you disrespected both of us she wanted to say that she did not give us an attitude. Poor service, disgusting environment, and rude staff. Do not recommend if you want your sandwhich to take longer then 5 minutes and done right.

Great locationCame in just at closing time the 2 employees looked exhausted but greeted me with a smile got my order out swifly accurately &efficientlyI will be back to visit Ms ally and the really nice blue haired lady.

Employees are not very welcoming and friendly when you walk in and they don't take pride in work or in what they wear. Every time I go in there they wear pajamas and are hiding in the kitchen. Place used to have good service but now it's just gone down hill.

They was OPEN for business the next day after the hurricane. I was so impressed. They had everything on the menu. Employees was super efficient and my food was great. No complaints on a big ole thanks. I needed a hot meal and subway was the only place open in head of island. So grateful!!

My son and I were given chicken a teriyaki sandwich. When we got home amd started eating, we noticed something was very wrong. The chicken was grayish, rubbery, and smelled. I called and was told that the manager would get back to me. This has been over a week ago, and at least five calls. No one has gotten back to me. Kicker is while on the first phone call right after biting into it the employee went to check the chicken...it was dated five days old, and she freaked out because it had NOT been changed. Both he and his i became sick because of this error, and the manager does not even care enough to call me back.
