Amazing first experience. The woman working there was such a doll and so so so friendly. The food is incredible, too. One of the best poboys and hushpuppies I've ever had. I could go on and on and on. We will be back for sure!!

Everytime we have come to this place, we are NEVER disappointed. Today, we've brought family with us to try the place & they were ecstatic. They were satisfied and highly pleased not only with the food, but the service, & the atmosphere itself. We were greeted upon entry. I have an aunt who is a vegetarian, so they had their salad and her inquiries were answered. Our needs were met with the best standard. The owner is lovely & makes us feel welcome and at home. Definitely think you all should come try their food and support

I totally love this place. First time eating was down the road off St Bernard Hwy, I was hooked. The food is excellent and I can’t say enough about the boudin egg rolls. Very happy they are closer off Paris Rd.

Came here on my lunch break while out of town. The service was absolutely outstanding. She is so kind. I normally do not do fried food and the fish was amazing! Soft and buttery and outside was fried perfectly. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are feeding large groups. They have catering trays. French fries were lightly dusted with a Cajun seasoning and didnt even need ketchup. The pasta salad was perfectly seasoned and not drenched. I got a half and half tea. Unsweetened and mint sweet tea. Highly recommend this place.

This place is awesome! Amazingly attentive & helpful, service was fast & fabulous. The food was fresh & delicious. Prices were reasonable (good in my opinion). We tried the jambalaya, fish, shrimp, bisque, hush puppies, fries, & onion rings (so good). I loved everything & so did the kids. The sauces were a great addition (especially the crazy sauce).

From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed like family.
Rachel really overwhelmed us on her cooking. Everything was excellent, but especially her freshly made onion rings.
You know how when you go to eat somewhere in No,La, while you are eating, you are planning on the next place? Well, we don't need to plan anymore. This is our go to from now on.
I am so glad Deanies, Today's Ketch and Rockey's were closed Thursday night. It was a blessing to find this gem in da' parish.

We were visiting the battlefield in this area and looked up the fish shack. My family and I dined in there and they were so sweet and overly accommodating recommending where we should go from there and I really appreciated it. The food was awesome and the atmosphere was clean and wonderful. We loved it

We drove past one day and realized it was a new place so we stopped in. As soon as we went in the lady at the counter is phenomenal. Her smile is so bright and her energy is amazing. We have been back again because of her warm welcome. The food is just a plus. The onion rings are amazing and the fried shrimp & hushpuppies are my favorite. If you haven’t tried them make sure you do.

If you don’t stop to eat at this place you’re missing out. I am a very very picky eater and judge customer service and this place really blew me away unexpectedly food came out so quick and hot and fresh. Very at home welcoming and refreshing. This husband and wife duo is awesome I’m telling you if your searching for a real review this is it I do not know them personally so this is an honest review. Thanks for the food and service I will 100% be back

Found this gem while browsing for food. Walked in and was greeted with the biggest smile. I’m guessing it’s family owned and they were amazing. The food was delicious. I had shrimp and fries and a side of shrimp fettuccine. The fettuccini had so many shrimp!!!!! Just the way I like it. The fried shrimp were seasoned to perfection. My daughter loved the hush puppies!!! I highly recommend this place.

This place is amazing! Very friendly and attentive staff, the food is very well seasoned and comes out very quickly. The most me and my table waited for our food was 7 minutes!! Definitely give this place a try if your a fan of sea food! They also have live fish that you can watch swim around lol :3

Witnessed a racist tirade by a man and woman working here on Saturday. I have never been so shocked and disgusted in my life by anyone. DO BETTER!!

Horrible. I was in yesterday and the two managers were screaming at someone over the phone and using racial slurs. It seems like my review will go uncared about because they respond defensively to every single bad review because it seems as though the managers may be a bit delusional and think that they are doing nothing wrong by behaving this way. If you are a person of color, don’t eat here.

My wife and I ate there yesterday. It was impossible to enjoy our food. What we assume ro be the managers (a man and lady) were having a verbal altercation on the phone... screaming profusely, slinging racial slurs, cursing and would not stop. This went on for at least 20 minutes. Seriously, this could not have been taken to another area--like outside? ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND EMBARRASSING behavior coming from those 2 "adults" We will NEVER eat there again...plus it was sub-par anyway. All we wanted was a peaceful meal after having tragic news. Joke was on us. "0" stars and NEVER AGAIN. And as far as the workers involved--YOU NEED TO GO. Thanks for such a horrible experience and a waist of money and time.
