Very Bad experience the Manager is very rude and is a very bad listener. When called for a verification of a previous employe she did not cooperate and straight away disconnected the call that shows that she can never be reliable for her employees. Hope u change the Manager or teach her some patience.

i ordered a fry and all the fries were flipped out and had to eat every one from the bag, everytime i go there they NEVER put the sauce i want in the bag. i asked for barbecue sauce two. THEY DIDNT PUT ONE everytime never fails what’s the point of asking what sauce? customer service is horrible, horrible managers. altogether needs to do better. food good. sometimes i dont eat the burgers. but the atmosphere is horrible

Worst Manager/ Worker combo I've seen yet. Burger King up the road got better quality, and they should've been shut down years ago. Take the extra 5 mins and go to the other McDonald's unless you want old buns and Ketchup on the outside. Needs a new team 100%. There going to hurt someone's family with the lack of care/ integrity they provide.

Every time I come to this McDonald’s, the drive-through takes forever The last time it took 30 minutes!!! And they still managed to mess up the order. This isn’t a one-time thing, it happens every single visit. The employees move slowly, seem uninterested, and don’t put any effort into providing decent service. It’s always a frustrating experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location! Its by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to!!
Honestly Been going to this one for years it’s a solid hit or miss depending on what’s going on but that’s a given the foods usually good it’s always in the fresher side being it such a bussy location but all and all I can’t hate I’ve had good and bad experiences everywhere just depends who’s working tho I believe there’s a lady there many a manager she’s Ben there for years she’s always got the best attitude and always makes sure to send the service with a smile 😂 thank you for your services

They are more likely to send u to a "waiting/reserved spot" asap when in reality they are trying to keep the timer to the shortest wait time. So a meal that might take 5-15 minutes will turn to a 30 minute wait bc they have people lined up waiting for a meal from 10 minutes ago.
