They seriously thought this was appropriate. Forgot part of our order and almost no fries I checked the bottom of the bag thinking they fell out but no this is what they gave us.

DO NOT ORDER HEREE!! the employees do not wear gloves, half of your foods missing doesn’t matter if you uber eats or get it in the drive thru. the managers are LAZY and horrible, the employees always have attitudes with other employees and people ordering the ai doesn’t even take your full order and when it doesn’t they don’t care to add it on in the window the managers need to be replaced asap.

don't ask for extra sauce. The manager won't give extra, and when you keep asking will only give you 2. there is no sauce in the lobby either just take the extra drive to the chalmette location they treat you better actually make the food to order the location would do better If they fire their sorry for case manager

I don’t usually go here because of all the mistakes I get with every order. But tonight I felt like getting Taco Bell, especially after horrible news of a close friends passing..well I was taking my time deciding what to order (my mind was somewhere else so couldn’t think right) and all I heard is one of the employees (male) complain saying they hate when people take long to order what are they ordering the whole menu? We were at the kiosk… my partner and I lost it and decided to go across the street to McDonald’s and give them service. horrible comment and Unnecessary. Be better

I came in the store and wasn’t greeted and was left standing there for 10 minutes and nobody else was in there .. I asked could someone help me and a young man told me they were busy .. if the order was for me I would have just left but it was a door dash order
This taco is always gross and disappointing but they really took the cake tonight with plastic being in my food ..taco bell tryna take me out the game!!!! If i knew how to sue i def would and get a big check but it’s fine DONT EAT

If I could put negative stars, I would. The manager outright stated she didn't have time to help me when my order was placed wrong at the drive thru. Once my order was fixed and I was gone, I bit into a bean and cheese burrito that was supposed to be an enchilada burrito. Not only did I get attitude for my order being put in the system wrong, I still got the wrong items!

I've been here 5 times and it either there out of whatever u want. The manager went home or is sick. The inside is never open to go in. And a lot of times this was before 10 pm I don't know what is keeping this location open but they need to scratch whatever they doing and start over
