I ordered an iced matcha latte with one pump of white mocha, and it tasted terrible. I’ve been making and serving matcha for over five years, and this was definitely not made well. I politely brought it back and asked for a remake of a different drink. They agreed, but then said they would have to charge me again. I left really disappointed—they didn’t make the situation right. 11/20 At around 5:00PM

Yalllllllllllllllll 7 brew is aaaaaaaaa-mazing!!!!! Not only is the coffee absolutely delicious every time I come but tonight not only was the coffee amazing but the crew tonight was absolutely incredible!!!! Thank you guys for everything!!!!!!! Aiden I’m so so so so so so sorry I have a trailer hitch it’s the previous owners fault!! Didn’t even leave a key!!!! I hit it all the time I am so so sorry let me know if I can do anything!!! Thanks guys your hardwork is admirable!!! And a total blessing!!!! Everything 10/10!!!!

Went on 11/9/2025 a guy in a truck cut infront of ar least 10 ppl I told 2 employees 1 of them told me I didn't see them so oh well I have never been treated so bad I guess it is OK to cut the line of the ppl whi follow the rules this was the last visit for me

Every time I try to go to the seven Brew there is a line that's way too long. Whoever is operating. It needs to hire more people so that they can effectively function and process customers in a timely manner. Sitting for over 15 minutes in line is a bummer and I simply won't do it. Higher the adequate amount of workers so that your customers aren't suffering. It's quite pathetic. Poor business management

If letting information go in one ear and out the other was a professional sport these guys would be pros. Ordered a drink and it was completely wrong so I had them fix it and they still proceeded to make it wrong

This place needs serious, serious help service wise. I travel a lot for work and this is the worst 7Brew I’ve ever been to. Consistently. See my photo - they always clear out one lane at a time. They don’t take orders in both lanes and go as they should. This morning I decided to give them another second chance (of many) and was again disappointed. They don’t take orders down the line in the morning - they wait for you to get to the top place in line before even taking your order. Every single time I come to this location I wait 20-30+ minutes. I can go to any other coffee shop close by and get service in a quarter of the time. I frequently go to the Baton Rouge and Hammond 7 Brews and they put this one to shame. It needs better management. I live less than five minutes from this location so I have been dozens of times, each time hoping they got their act together, and I’m disappointed every time. I’ve pulled off after paying numerous times because I couldn’t wait over 30 minutes.

When I pulled up 30 min ago a younger guy with blondish hair helped me. I asked him if the pumpkin pie syrup was gluten free and dairy free, to which he responded “it’s sugar free” and “probably.” I had to ask him three times and tell him it was an allergy before he went back to ask. When he came back he told me it was good. But when I got home I got my hands on an allergen chart and it says they use the torani syrup which has dairy. I’m very displeased because he acted like I was an inconvenience to him and then gave me incorrect information that will make me sick.
I’m really upset because I want to like this place but when they make me feel bad for asking about allergens and then tell me incorrect info, I can’t support them.
