Went in to the Metairie location for a King Cake that had to be the rudest employees ever, I live on Westbank and it is the same so thought I would try Metairie, well it was pretty much the same, they have fantastic products, but the way they speak to customers is horrible, thank you but no thank you, will spend my money where mu business is appreciated.
1 star for charging more on the east bank for king cakes. How you going to mark up your own king cakes.

The bakery smelled like heaven. It smelled amazing. Like king cake. We got glazed beignets and they were amazing. I will dream about these damn things. They melt in your mouth and were still warm. Everytime I come to New Orleans I will for sure stop and get glazed beignets

I’ve stopped by a couple of times, always a last minute shopper. Once I bought beignets for my coworkers, they were delicious, fresh, and the lady that helped me was so sweet. Today, I wanted a cake for a birthday and the one I picked was amazing! The buttercream is delectable. They even offered to write a message on it, the staff was so nice. Definitely will be my first stop next time I need cakes since the quality is far superior to basic grocery store cakes. Thank you

We ordered a cake for our 10-year college reunion, a big milestone, right? Well, apparently not big enough for Antoine’s to care. The writing on the cake looked sloppy and thin, and somehow “Class of 2015” turned into “Class of 2025.” A whole decade off.
When we pointed out the issue, instead of professionalism we were met with eye rolls and attitudes like we were the problem. They told us to bring it back the next day so they could “fix it”… cool!
Their idea of a fixing it😂
Peeling off 25 and sticking 15 on top. No blending. No effort. It looked worse than before.
When we asked for reasonable solutions, like rewriting on the cake, or exchanging the cake for another or simply issuing a refund, it was a firm NO across the board… with a side order of more attitude of course!
If you want your special moment ruined and attitude thrown in for free, Antoine’s is your place to go!
