I ordered a chocolate birthday cake for a five year old girl. I got caught in traffic and missed the 5 pm closing. The next morning I picked up my cake at 8 am. The service was lovely and the Birthday cake was DELICIOUS! I am a New Orleans cake snob and the ability to taste a hint of almond and butter subtly in the Chocolate Cake and Butter Cream frosting was fantastic. The cake was beautifully hand done in little girl pink and purple. I will definitely support this bakery from now on!

Carrot cake was horrible. Cake did not taste carrots and cream cheese icing tasted and was consistant of marshmallow cream. Brought cake with two thin slices missing and explained the problem, they offered nothing in return. $40 hard earned dollars down the drain. I left the cake with them anyways. Thats how bad it was. Put in call to owner. But never got a call back. Wont be coming here except for king cake. I will go back to Gambinos for my cake needs. Two stars because of their king cake only.

The service was amazing! All my questions were answered about the different deserts. I tried the pound cake , cup cakes, and glazed beignets, and they both were fresh and delicious. I had to write home about this place that's how good everything was!! I found my new bakery when I visited New Orleans, babeeee!

The obese black lady wearing the wig working at the counter is so rude, abrupt, unfriendly and not helpful. This occured to prior visits. No greetings or thank you. So sad.
