I just wanted to shout out the worker, Tyler! I have been complaining how a lot of younger people’s customer service, work ethic, and even the ability to make eye contact has been terrible! He gave me hope again in people! Our little girl can’t have dairy, so when we got to the front of the line, I told him that I read online that she can have the ones they make as long as they don’t have dairy, and I was excited to get her one because she has never been able to eat a pretzel before. He was extremely apologetic in saying they didn’t have any with dairy. I was disappointed of course, but because of how sweet and genuine he was about it, it made me feel so much better. He asked if there were any drinks we would rather, felt so sorry that we had waited in the line, and also knew the store’s allergens!! Thanks for restoring my hope in you get workers again, Tyler! (Also, I am a millennial so I’m not that old lol)

You need to counts your 10 count mini dogs. I saw them pick 1 out of each cup more than 1 times on multiple occasions. This time my cup have only 8 counts and i have my 2 years old on me so i cant really confront them.

I don’t like giving a one star review because it seems extreme but they earned this one. I ordered a pretzel with cheese. What I got was a cold greasy ball of dough and cold hard cheese tossed at me by an employee that either hated me or her life or both. I will absolutely not be back.

Yesterday I experienced two workers that were extremely rude. They had nasty attitudes, lacked customer service AND food safety skills. Touching cooked, ready to eat food with your bare hands is extremely unacceptable and simply disgusting. I do not recommend this stand in the mall!

Melissa and Crystal you guys are the best employees I’ve ever interacted with before at this Aunty Annie’s location. Your staff overall are very nice people and deserve a higher pay accordingly.The pretzels are always phenomenal and your pretzel dogs are delicious as ever. Aunty Annie’s is def a good place to pick up a treat at, is certainly my favorite and I always recommend it around!

The woman rolling the pretzels used her gloved hand to lift her mask, then used the gloved hand to lift her shirt to her nose and wipe it, then after replacing her mask, used that nasty hand and picked up dough to roll a pretzel!!!! We got out of line quickly!!
