You need to counts your 10 count mini dogs. I saw them pick 1 out of each cup more than 1 times on multiple occasions. This time my cup have only 8 counts and i have my 2 years old on me so i cant really confront them.

I don’t like giving a one star review because it seems extreme but they earned this one. I ordered a pretzel with cheese. What I got was a cold greasy ball of dough and cold hard cheese tossed at me by an employee that either hated me or her life or both. I will absolutely not be back.

I shoulda got the bucket. Have you had the pretzel pieces here? We bought the cup, took them home and reheated them in the air fryer, and the cup emptied faster than the math in a third grader's head on June 1st! Definitely should have gotten the bucket. I got the jalapeño pretzel and they had to cook it fresh. Aw. I was planning to bring it home, but I could feel the perfectly baked crispiness through the paper when they handed it to me, so I ordered a second because this one wasn't t gonna make it home. And it didn't, too. Soooo good. Spicy and carby and buttery and and and...you can tell I liked it, right? And the folks behind the counter were on point: good service is getting harder to find, but you'll get it here. Thanks again for the delicious treats!

Yesterday I experienced two workers that were extremely rude. They had nasty attitudes, lacked customer service AND food safety skills. Touching cooked, ready to eat food with your bare hands is extremely unacceptable and simply disgusting. I do not recommend this stand in the mall!

Melissa and Crystal you guys are the best employees I’ve ever interacted with before at this Aunty Annie’s location. Your staff overall are very nice people and deserve a higher pay accordingly.The pretzels are always phenomenal and your pretzel dogs are delicious as ever. Aunty Annie’s is def a good place to pick up a treat at, is certainly my favorite and I always recommend it around!

I can't go without acknowledging Erin and how kind and helpful she was today while we were at the mall. They were very busy as always and I needed a party bucket of pretzel bites. Erin said "Give me 30 min!" And whipped them up in 15. So very helpful and I SO appreciate the fantastic customer service delivered even though they were swamped and I'm sure understaffed. Thank you!!

The woman rolling the pretzels used her gloved hand to lift her mask, then used the gloved hand to lift her shirt to her nose and wipe it, then after replacing her mask, used that nasty hand and picked up dough to roll a pretzel!!!! We got out of line quickly!!

I went to buy 2 small frozen lemonades and the lady poured 2 large blue raspberry ones and i said i wanted the small and lemonade and she replies sorry this is the only size we have charged me for that size then i asked for the lemonade and she said oh ill pour these back and the lemonade will be straight liquid dont ever go here if the 2 fat white ladies working
