Very good flavor

The staff is super friendly and they work like a well oiled machine so there is hardly any wait and the orders are always correct. Food is fresh and tasty. WiFi works and is a good spot to knock out some work.

It’s hard to mess up ice cream but they sure know how to ruin the experience. Very rude employees, slams my orders on the counter, while rolling eyes as my girl ask for TWO samples! Kenner location would never!

Worst experience possible the place stinks ,looks like kids scoops, melted ice cream, looks like tornado went thru store with trash everywhere the workers act like that don't speak English I recommend that you stay far away for this Baskin Robbins location

Ordered an icecream cookie plate, they accepted my order then right after they called me and said they didn’t have what I wanted. So I cancelled the order and they said since I cancelled after they accepted the order I can’t receive a refund. Shouldn’t have accepted my order if y’all didn’t have what I wanted.

Very disappointed
Decided to treat myself to a hot fudge sundae. It was just chocolate syrup, not hot fudge. ?

The girl barely gave me a full scoop of ice-cream in my sugar cone! When she gave it to me, I told her it was like a kid scoop and not usually that small of amount. I was not happy. The girl could care less. What she gave me didn’t even reach the inside of my cone. Pitiful!

Terable never come here if i could give it 0 stars I would. I got a peanut butter ice cream and the peanut butter was terrible. The service was terrible so rude and for a party of 9 we got two samples and it was for a party not a group thing. They did not ask what we wanted are ice cream in and for one of us did not ask how many scoops we wanted! I was seriously just disappointed

Went in with a family of 9 to celebrate a birthday dessert.Spent a lot of money to get so much rudeness and attitude!Will never visit this location again.

Bought an ice-cream cake and the they were very rude when we were getting 6 spoons so the kids could eat it. He asked that the spoons be returned after being touched and stated he would disinfect them. Never been to a more rude BR ever.

Slow service, some what friendly.

I placed an ubereats order and they got it wrong twice. I tried to call and speak with an associate at the store and he rushed me off of the phone and didn’t hear me out and hang up in my face. I used to go to this baskin Robbins all the time. Not anymore. They have lost a customer. If you want to keep a business running and growing, you must treat guests politely.

Ice cream is great and cant lie customer service is amazing is good service here although just wait time is sometimes long.
