Terable never come here if i could give it 0 stars I would. I got a peanut butter ice cream and the peanut butter was terrible. The service was terrible so rude and for a party of 9 we got two samples and it was for a party not a group thing. They did not ask what we wanted are ice cream in and for one of us did not ask how many scoops we wanted! I was seriously just disappointed

Bought an ice-cream cake and the they were very rude when we were getting 6 spoons so the kids could eat it. He asked that the spoons be returned after being touched and stated he would disinfect them. Never been to a more rude BR ever.

I visited this location last week with my son and his friend & it was dirty, the service was bad (not welcoming, nice, or helpful) and worst of all the ice cream was soupy & freezer burnt. I asked why all 3 of our ice creams were soupy (cause, you know, it SHOULD'T be in an air conditioned indoor ice cream place) & the best answer I got was "oh, we cleaned our freezer today" like why would that make all of your ice cream ruined & if so, why are you SELLING it?!?! And....excuse me, if it makes me hesitant to eat a dairy product that seems to have been left out for hours & then put back in a freezer. It was bad, bad, bad, bad, bad. I won't be back.

I placed an ubereats order and they got it wrong twice. I tried to call and speak with an associate at the store and he rushed me off of the phone and didn’t hear me out and hang up in my face. I used to go to this baskin Robbins all the time. Not anymore. They have lost a customer. If you want to keep a business running and growing, you must treat guests politely.

I definitely won’t be back to this location, they don’t value their customers time. I ordered a polar pizza two days ahead of when I scheduled to pick it up. When I got there they told me that the cake person hadn’t been there the past two days so it wasn’t made but if I came back in an hour they would have it ready. If anyone could make it and it didn’t have to be “the cake person” then I’m not sure why they didn’t do that earlier in the day instead of waiting until I showed up.

This place is disgusting! They don’t clean up anything and the lady literally dropped somebody’s cup and used it. I had hair in the brim of my milkshake because nobody wears hairnets. And while I paid the man working the drive through picked his nails and flicked it everywhere. Don’t go guys

Hit the late nite drive thru last night. They had a long line, but it moved quickly! The employees were friendly,courteous and professional. The chocolate shakes were delicious! We will definitely return for more desserts. Thank you Baskin Robbins!!
