Food was beyond perfect. Service was excellent. Owner Ben is an amazing man with a great establishment and recipe, family owned and operated. I tried the Big Ben burger and was beyond satisfied. The chili fries were an amazing touch, and the Fries Sauce was fantastic on the monstrous burger. The bacon slices and patty meat were each grilled to perfection. First and last time eating here.
Incapable of following a simple order. Ordered a burger with light lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and ketchup.
Ended up with a burger with a pile of cheese, heavy lettuce, mayonnaise and ketchup. Cook had attitude when notified about mistake. Bad first impression, never again.
