Great environment! Holly was super! she was professional, kind, knowledgeable and great in positive spirit. Holly enhanced the atmosphere that was already serene to heavenly! Our group thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend Brasa and Holly to the world!

Good overall-The service was great and the server was super attentive. Gave us complimentary dessert which was super sweet and everything was delicious. Would highly recommend the carrots for the side and the tuna for appetizer. ❤️❤️

The picanha, skirt steak, and fish were all very delicious and perfectly cooked. However, the portions and sides were way too small for the price you pay. The appetizers were very small also. It is way too overpriced and must order all sides separately. The restaurant itself was so dark that none of us could read the menu. Lastly, the chocolate mousse dessert was not good at all and had a funny smell to it. Our waiter and service was wonderful but there are better restaurants in New Orleans.

All of the staff, from the hostess to server to manager, were attentive and friendly and the meal was delicious! Brasa consistently has one of the best Coolinary menus. I particularly enjoyed the smoked pork chop, and the surprise standouts were the sides, which are often afterthoughts; the grilled carrots, sweet potato al rescoldo, and aligot potatoes were all excellent.

The first time I arrived, the food was good, the atmosphere was very bad, there were some racist Americans who said one Hispanic had to be in the kitchen, not as a customer, the second time the meat sent me to the hospital, I got poisoned.
One of the best steak houses in Metairie area! But this place is not your typical steakhouse! It a upscale Colombian steakhouse! You need to try what Chef Edgar can do! Plus their staff is always happy and very friendly!

First time visiting. Empanadas were terrific. Had the skirt steak, ok flavor, a little overcooked. Not busy when we were there so not much ambiance. Nice local restaurant either good service.

Love this place. It’s comfortable, elegant and charming. Not stuffy but you can dress up or down to dressy casual and the atmosphere is right. We wanted to eat steak and looked at Ruth’s, Flemings, Desi Vega’s etc… but landed here because they had a reservation available for our 5 person party and at the right time. We were truly surprised at how delectable the steaks are! The ribeye Ojo de bistro and even the flank steak were as good or better than the comet steakhouses we’ve been to across the US and in N.O.
Drinks were very nice, and I was not into wine/ too much alcohol tgag night so didn’t get a look at wine list.
Appetizers -we had empanadas, very good. Side dishes-cauliflower. Au gratin potatoes and macaroni and cheese were excellent. Dessert-we were stuffed so split S’mores pie slice, also good!
Definitely going back over and over.
Also- the menu is written in English. The dish names are in Spanish/Portuguese (a mix) but the detailed descriptions are all in English.
Parking: A few spots immediately in front on Metairie Rd but lots more in lot right across Metairie Rd a few steps away
