Air conditions still broken. Super hot. Was served burnt cheese pizza for the kids that was replaced after a twenty minute wait. Disappointing.

The Maui pizza was amazing, it was made a little different than a traditional Hawaiian pizza it had red peppers, pineapples, ham, and bacon. The crust was light and crunchy. The hot wings were fried perfectly with a light coating of sauce. Nothing was heavy like pizza usually is.

This used to be some of the best pizza in Metairie, we came here for years. I just found out they are having family troubles. But as of now the pizza is horrible. The person making it takes no pride what so ever in their cooking. The pizza crust was so hard and burned, not at all like I remember. I know they will make it right again, when they do I'll be back.

Have been going here for years and loved it, but lately it's been pretty disappointing. I'll let the picture speak for itself. Can't believe it was put in the oven looking like that, much less boxed & given to a customer with out a word.

Visited 7/16/19- AC was broken, service was great, pizza was delicious and served with a smile. The whole place needs to be scrubbed clean. From the grime on the wooden chairs to the trim on the table and legs. The owner hasn'tbeen in a long time as his kids wall of Fame is deteriorating. While we were eating the delicious pizza, a man came in from outside, wearing an apron. He was one of the cooks. He had a wife beater undershirt on.. (just didn't like it). I personally don't like seeing kitchen staff walking around outside wearing an apron, to me, it should be kept sanitary.

Definitely not on their "A" game. Typically its DELICIOUS but I have to say that the current staff is not helping at all. Our pizza was put on hold it seemed, since 4 OTHER CUSTOMERS came & left (they arrived at the same time as we did)

I love the food. Though...Just went there. Female cashier was horrible. They burnt my first pizza, and this dropped the pizza they had to remake. Every customer in there was irritated. She refused to give me my money back. Finally she did put it on my card. Feels like something bad happens every time I go there.

This place must be under new ownership. I've been a regular for 12+ years. The pizza use to be the best in the metro area, this is no longer the case. I'm now looking for a different place to go to get pizza by the slice. (I found one but it was $10 per slice ! Still lookin.)

Used to be really delicious. This past week it was a mess. Over-floured bottom, bland sauce, extremely greasy (and it was just cheese) and sorta flimsy like greasy paper plate feeling. New staff needs better training because they messed up almost every over Thursday (7/11) night in some shape or form. The Cashier is awesome. She was courteous and friendly. You could see she was mortified. The take-out wine frame was 30min which is not bad at all, except when I got there it turned into 65-75 minutes. The diners inside were 90min plus. Not a great experience and not great quality this time. Loved it before. Maybe it was a bad night, I'll give a concession there with the impending “storm” threat that evening. We'll see about another shot later on.

We had not been here in over 5-yrs. We were visiting in the area & decided to stop in as we remembered them to be really good. We ordered the meat "stuffed" pizza which is crust on top & bottom. It was really really good. LOADED with meat. Our first order of garlic knots were burnt & hard as a brick. They brought a replacement order & even those were not ok. If you order Alfredo, I would say WET as there was hardly any sauce. I gave them 3 stars as 4 just seemed to hard to justify for this visit. Oh & NO BEER alcoholic beverages.

Place fell off. One pizza took 40 minutes because apparently you have to remind the employees of their job even though you're the only customers. Pizza was still undercooked and doughy. Place had no A/C so you'll be sitting In a hot a** oven. I highly recommend saving your money or ordering delivery.

The owners are never here and the place has been run into the ground. Not sure where the owners are but they need to get in here before the workers completely shut this business down.

used to love this place. service was HORRIBLE. i ordered a pizza 35 min prior to showing up. They didnt even have my order written down let alone ready. It was mass chaos in there. The same thing happened to the lady 2 people ahead of me in line. Then, instead of trying to figure out her situation and helping other people we juat waited forever. I waited in line another 15-20 min to be told they didnt my order either. It definitely seems like different people working there than in the past. I wont be back for a while.
