I ordered my food paid $30 for two burgers fries and two sweet teas. After sitting for 20 minutes waiting on the food I asked the man for my cups to make my drink he said you get your drink when you get your food he was extremely rude so I took my $4 back from the tip jar. The burger was extremely mediocre and the fries the cheese weren't even melted not worth it at all this is my first and last time at this location. The older short guy with two chins and glasses is extremely rude

This wasn’t the only issue. I quickly realized why the service was so bad. The 4 guys working there didn’t know a well done from a rare. They didn’t know a straw from a fork.
Multiple customers left while I was present. All of this wasn’t even the reason I wanted to leave this review. I was picking up a doordash. And they called my name and when I got there the guy had to make a quick adjustment. I said “no problem” and he responded “I wasnt FBOMB talking to you” You NEVER curse at a customer. This was absolutely the most un professional thing I’ve seen in a long time. That guy should be fired and the other 3 need to be re trained from the basics!
I went to buds for lunch to go, ordered a regular fries and a large cheese fries. The regular fries, which were in a little bag, were put in with container with the cheese fries. If I’d had known this before I got back to my office I would have just asked for my money back.
