Buffalo Wild Wings

I HIGHLY suggest no one order from here or Wild Burger on delivery apps. They have messed my food up MULTIPLE times. I will most likely never order from here again because it's very clear that they either don't pay attention to orders or they just don't care. Either way is pretty unacceptable. 🤷‍♂️

Went here to watch the Texas CFP game. Food was good as always. Atmosphere wasn't great but that might be due to location. But the service was atrocious. I sat at the bar. It was 2pm on a Wednesday. Not alot of customers and the only bartender would disappear. I don't mean for a quick few minutes. I'm talking 10 minutes at a time. No where to be seen in the restaurant. I waited 15 minutes for a beer. Top three worst service experiences. There are plenty of other wing spots who will actually serve you properly. I've worked in the service industry, this was unacceptable.

Ordered BWW today through Uber. I can’t say one good thing about the order. First, I received boneless wings instead of the traditional (which I ordered). Tried to eat but they were so salty and overdone and the sauce was just drizzled on top. They were awful. The wrap had no taste. The veggies were at their end of life stage…white carrots and brownish celery. The ranch had no taste. I spent $53 for a meal that I couldn’t eat. Won’t be a next time.

When entered the restaurant, it has a bad smell. We sat at the bar, and had to ask for it to be wiped down because there was food on it. We ordered the Patron Margarita, which was a glass of ice and could not taste the Patron. We ordered wings and potatoe wedges, the wings were cold and the wedges looked like it was the bottom of the pan. We got up and left. HORRIBLE!!!!

My husband and I ordered a large meal for pickup for lunch today and everything was great! We’ve had issues the last couple of years with numerous locations not having enough or any sauce on the wings and that was not the case today!! Besides the celery and carrots not being super fresh we had no complaints. We will definitely be back to this location.

I called early to place a large takeout order but the order was not ready when I arrived, they hadn't even started it yet, they told me I had to wait 40 more minutes, so I decided to cancel it.

Horrible, walked in there was a couple that had been waiting 6mn for a host or manager to come back to seat them. While about to seat the couple he said the wait will be 30mn. Wait what!!!! It was more than half empty. I mean you can count on your fingers the amount of ppl in there. He stated we can sit at the bar. When we sit at the bar the bartender leaves as if he's tired of him sending customers there. Never will I return to this location. Anyway we ended up at bww in Elmwood. Awesome, friendly,and service just great from entry to exit.

I don't remember are waiters name but we were in there Friday the 13th around 7:00 at night we had a party of eight and he was awesome. Very polite you made our experience very pleasant.

This place smells like a dirty ashtray as soon as you walk into the door. Disgusting. This place used to be family friendly but not anymore.
