when you go into place an order, they have a big attitude. They don’t seem to want to help people in person anymore. They don’t wanna have to take orders unless you’re in the drive-through. At least the food was hot and fresh.

Food is never fresh. Occasionally the fries are fresh during a rush. Never Ever any ice cream. So no shakes, sundaes, flurries. Fountain drinks are limited at this location. Rarely have tea. Be specific about how many ketchup packets and napkins

Went to this location tonight with 2 other people, All 3 of us ordered separately but back to back only one person received their food. When we got up to ask about our order the manager who refused to give me her name was Extremely Rude & Disrespectful because we asked how long it’s gonna be, the attitude got worse when we requested a refund. I’ve never in my 41 years of life been treated that way, it was ridiculous. I felt so bad for the poor cashier, they talked to her really bad. I let her know I work in customer service and I would never talk to someone like that & she should rethink the service industry. She chose Burger King. Management needs to offer great customer service training. It tasted like they took the fries that had been sitting there and redropped them in grease and gave them to me because I asked for hot fresh fries. Very sad and disappointing. This is why it will be another year before I try them again

Most of the workers are really nice . But why does it take so long . The are only 2 cars ahead of me but it takes 20 minutes for the drive thru. Love the breakfast, but the wait time is crazy. I had to leave so I wouldn’t be late.

Upset isn't even the word I am pissed, I ordered through the app and was coming from across town to go home. I get there these people tell me they never received an order for Kimberly that's bullshit! My card was charged and the app tells me that y'all received my order. I want my gotdamn money back! I didn't receive the product and you for damn sure ain't bout to pocket money for free, you have me twisted.

Went to 4 different burger kings to get the new shake and churros and they said the shake machine was broken all 4 places what a quencence don’t advertise new items if your not going to produce them

Really terrible experience. Charged for cheese on 2 whooper jrs and nuggets that were missing. I was the only car in line as well until right before I got my food. Cant even take their survey since their receipt machine prints with part of it unreadable conveniently
Dont mind waiting if food is good and hot but if. I gotta wait and fries and re fried hamburger been under the light 12$ meal

The lady stole my change, she forgot or didn't want to give it to me, she gave me cold food, I think it's common in these restaurants to give cold food, I think they should improve that, since it's not free and the people who serve you are not friendly.
