we called to make sure they were open and they hung up in my face. decided to go there and sat in line with NO ONE taking our order at the speaker for 20 minutes. terrible service and we couldn’t even tell that they were open when we pulled up. there were more than enough people in there to help take our order and nothing was done.

I ordered three different meals I ordered a number one a kids meal and a rodeo burger meal I did not get my burger the rodeo burger my child six piece nugget was hard as can be I did not get a receipt this takeout place is just horrible and unorganized it makes no sense then the girl Made one of the two drinks sniff the drink to see if it was a Diet Coke or a Dr Pepper that's nasty and unprofessional and when we say oh you just poured it out because you didn't know which one it was she said no I sniffed it I could tell the difference that's nasty she should not be employed there
The staff is very friendly personable restaurant is always clean when I go in. Never had a bad experience at this particular location. I love going here.

This Burger King SUCKS. I've ordered on DoorDash MANY TIMES and, more times than not, my order is completely wrong. This happened again tonight. I ordered a Double Whopper Meal plain. It came FULLY dressed. Why offer options to modify your food if you don't listen of pay attention to it? It looks like you need to get rid of the whole crew and start from scratch with people that at least act like they care. I know that they aren't paid much but they choose to be there -- the least they could do is make the food right.
