Open when they feel like it. It during their operating hours. Lights were on un the restaurant. They just didn't feel like working I guess. It's OK I'll spend my money elsewhere. I get it was early (0546) but business hours are business hours. Don't say your going to open if you aren't going to.

Ordered a Big Texas combo from them. The sandwich was delicious but the fries didn't taste how they'd normally taste. Maybe the oil needed to be changed. Most of these fast food places are hit or miss. You'll get good service but bad food or vice versa. On some occasions you get very amazing service and food to boot. Those are the times everyone love when quickly stopping to get something to eat.

Every time I go here the food is cold and stale. Chicken fries are literally disgusting and taste like cardboard combined with mildewy clothes. On the upside there’s a couple of people that work here that are very nice! Do not go here though. Gross food. Like really bad. Go to any other Burger King.

I asked for barbecue sauce and the idiot tells me it’s in the bag and their was no sauce in the bag, quit being lazy take 2 steps and grab the barbecue sauce.

I waited at the speaker for eight minutes with no acknowledgment, so I pulled up to the pickup window. After another 4 or 5 minutes someone opened the window to collect cash. I told her that I hadn’t ordered yet because I thought they couldn’t hear me since I have a truck with a loud diesel engine(happens to me sometimes in drive throughs). She said that she couldn’t take my order at the window and I would have to go around and get back in line again. Since I spent nearly all of my lunch break in line I had to leave without getting anything to eat.When I was in college I was a shift manager at a McDonald’s. During peak times we used to service a minimum of 80 cars an hour in the drive through. This place would be lucky to handle 15 cars in a hour. Given labor and food cost I’m surprised they are still in business
