This place had 5 cars sitting out waiting on drive thru orders I am now about to be late getting back to work and my food that I paid for is no where in sight. Wiman who works there has come out 3 times and not even knowing what order goes where. It's absolute chaos

The lobby is closed more then it's open the way I feel if they cant open all they way up then close it down
Workers in the AM are laziest I've seen. How can you be out of biscuits at 7:30? You've only been open for breakfast for 1 &1/2 hrs. Sounds more like you finished serving the premade ones sitting under a warmer and don't want to cook more.

Dine in is supposed to be open at 7am, by 7:45 , I ordered on the app for dine in and when I got there the door are lock, surprise surprise only the drive thru open, and when you in a big rig that's not a option, so has to go through the hassle of trying to get my money back for the food I ordered and couldn't get. This isn't the first time the inside in lock way beyond the time of supposed opening time, but this will be the last time.i ever go to this place. At this point all burger kings need tojust shut down

I found a bone in the chicken nuggets and no one wants to help me the Manager is useless.This happened a few weeks and I cannot get in touch with anybody to help me.I recommend do not go to this place.Employees are very mean

Tell me why I and I am waiting for more than five minutes for somebody to answer me on the ordering speaker and keep in mind. There’s nobody in line in front of me or at the window. A line starts to form behind me so we start to leave, but I go up to the window and ask the girl why they’re not taking orders and she says that she doesn’t have her headset on and that she doesn’t have a manager there and that’s why they’re closed. I told them they should have at least put a sign up so people aren’t just sitting there waiting to order. Horrible customer service. Put a damn sign up. How lazy are some people
