I ordered a kids meal. It CLEARLY states on the drive thru sign that you can either get a toy or a treat. I attempt to order a cone as the sign states and I’ve done at every other BK and I’m told we don’t do that here. I told her that is what is advertised. So didn’t get that choice. Then I get up to pay and my order is $1 more than it should be. I ask why and she tells me because I got a fountain drink. You mean the mini fountain drink that is included with your choice of drink? She said it only comes with an apple juice. WHAT?! This person is clearly not trained properly. I don’t ever leave reviews but the level of stupidity was astounding.

Had a mobile order went through drive thru was told to park and they will bring it out 25 mins later still waiting they forgot me of course .I finally get food missing drink burgers cold onion rings cold and soggy literally the worst of worst location full of employees barely customers and the little customers they do get they forget they are there CLOSE THEM DOWN NOW !!!!!!

The workers is unprofessional here. We just pulled at 6:02 pm they told a man to older outside he had to wait till a car which was us pull up. The lady didn’t turn off her headset and you could hear her whole conversation. We ended up leaving because we heard her say “After that big order that’s it for me”. Which we’re assuming they were closing.
