DE-LI-CIOUS! SO GOOD! The greek salad with chicken kabobs bangin'! I thoroughly enjoy this place. I've gotten just about everything, but the kebabs and salad, OH AND Brussel sprouts, are addicting. It's healthy, fresh, some items are made to order. You really can't go wrong.

My co-workers and I have had a few problems with the food at this location. Examples being, hair in hummus, baked chicken with so much salt you can’t even eat it. Today was the worst by far. The chicken was bloody and raw. Blood leaked on half of my food and it had to be thrown away. Since half of my food was now garbage, I asked for a side item and for the chicken to be refunded. She gave me the side and told me that she could not refund the chicken because I had eaten some of the food. Two of my co-workers have already stopped buying food from the Byblos at lakeside. This will be the last time I purchase anything from this location.

I ate here for the first time today and really liked it. I had a handful of questions and the gentleman that helped me was wonderful. The man that checked me out was nice too! I had a chicken salad and it was great! Best bang for your buck salad wise in the food court. I'm so glad I tried them out!

Absolutely delicious food. Your meal is completely customizable and they have quick service. I just ate a kabob wrap and I was in heaven. They definitely have the most healthy options in the food court. One meal goes a long way. I've only eaten half a wrap and I'm stuffed. Great prices for all the food you get. I definitely recommend.

8.3.18: Ate lunch here. Had the combo plate. I don't know what kind of chicken they cook but no taste. Humus was so watery, gyro is gyro, rice wasn't good either. Will not recommend and won't go again. Waste of money.
This location is very unprofessional and has no customer service. I arrived at Byblos in need of a chicken salad. The server place two hand fulls of lettuce in the box, I asked for a little more they responded it’s going to be 5.99 extra. I responded Subway gives a little lettuce free, she responds we don’t do that here. Addtionally, I asked for a sample of meat she picked it up with her fingers and gave it to me. No home training! I will not be back there! If I can give this place a Zero I will.
