The line was long but the service was quick so it didn't really matter. Coffee and beignets are so yummy. I recommended the iced.

The beignet and chicory coffee were both very good. We enjoyed the food, but the service was not particularly impressive. Also, it’s a much smaller branch compared to the original store, so the atmosphere was also not as great as the one in the downtown New Orleans.

Great beignet but the staff was not very friendly. It is the mall location and not as good as the one in the French quarter but when you are there and have a craving you can ignore the service and get a yummy snack.

While the beniet was passable, the coffee was so bitter it was undrinkable and we had to throw it out. Additionally, the customer service was subpar, with staff appearing indifferent. Overall, despite the decent beniet, the disappointing coffee and lack of customer service will be having us not return to a cafe du monde.

Visited this location excited for beignets and coffee but was deeply disappointed. The beignets were just okay, lacking flavor. The coffee was undeniably horrible, bitter and unenjoyable. To make matters worse, the customer service was awful, making us feel like a burden. Overall, a disappointing experience I wouldn't recommend.
