Been going here with my family for as long as I can remember. We order take out from here at least twice a week. Consistent, quick, delicious. And friendly staff. Well-run! I am terribly disappointed in the very small portions of salad that they are now serving for a whopping $23 dollars. I have been ordering the same salad, Grilled Chicken add avocado or Avocado add grilled chicken salad since 1999 way back then the salad were definitely worth $13 bucks. I remember the container had plenty of greens (lettuce) now they are cutting back so much on the lettuce that the plate was not even full, I was able to see the counter top through the bottom of the clear plastic plate. When I got home there was only one 1 package with two little crackers. After today I will not ever return to Cafe Cafe again and I will definitely not have any more lunch meetings with my colleagues. Lettuce is probably the cheapest thing you could sell and to cut back so drastically is utterly ridiculous… By the way my avocado salad didn’t even have the orange slices on it when I got home so I guess they cutting back on the orange slices as well… SHAME on the owner
I wanted something light for an early lunch. I tried the Avocado wrap and it was absolutely amazing! I told myself I was only going to eat half, but I couldn't help but to finish it off! I remembered to take a pic during the last few bites ??... The staff was super friendly. This was actually my first time here, and I highly recommend.
I ordered shrimp salad sandwich on croissant how it comes. So when it came to the table on regular toast I already knew it was wrong. But I wasn’t trippin so I tried it it was a chicken salad on toast. I didnt like it so I went up to change my order and changed it to a grilled chicken sandwich. Manager was very nice there was no problems in changing the order. When I got the second sandwich it was cold sliced chicken not grilled at all cheese was not melted. It was just not a good experience. Cappuccino was good chocolate cream pie was good. Dont think I will return for anything other than coffee.
