Cava Restaurant in Metairie is my definite go to choice of meal ? everyday during the week . I own a limousine business so I’m always on the go however Cava makes my life so much easier ! The food ? is always fresh and delicious and the restaurant is always extremely clean ?. The staff is out of this world ?, everyone is so nice and helpful especially Nae. Seems as tho my server always is Nae when I go . Nae is so sweet super nice and helpful with me and all her customers. I am fairly new to the Cava Family . However Nae has helped me every step of the way by going over the entire menu with me and all the selections and the sauces . Nae even told me me about the cava app that I can actually earn reward points for my future purchases! Cava food is beyond amazing but the highlight of my day is the customer service experience which is second to none ! Nae is the best ! Nae is my go to , when I’m at Cava ! I usually don’t right reviews that much, however Nae was so nice and helpful how can I not do a Review ! Nae you get 10 stars ⭐️ for your excellent service and expertise! I’m heading to Cava now ! Cava on Vets ! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!

Tried CAVA for the first time. Entering in the inside was nice and bright. At the menu, you can choose already put together bowls or build your own. I had the chicken avocado bowl that was on the put-together side of the menu. It was pretty flavorful and a decent sized portion. Only knock was the apple pineapple mint drink. Just wasn't my taste. Next time maybe I'll try one of their sodas. Definitely a must try when you're looking for something beyond burgers and chicken tenders.

Don’t bother ordering ahead. It won’t be ready when you arrive. Even if you arrive 15 minutes after your pickup time. And then you’re given an attitude when you ask why it wasn’t ready.

Why have I been waiting for 20 minutes in the pick up line? Shouldn’t pick ups be pretty quick? Y’all need to figure out a system that works. Can’t wait to get my cold food that’s been sitting around while you actively make the people’s ahead of me. That is if you have even started on mine. Ridiculous.
Edit: waited over 30 minutes and they screwed up my order. (Surprise)
