I am not a person that normally would write a review. However, I just have to rave about the amazing customer service that I always receive when I go to Cava. Specifically from Syrius! He always goes above and beyond every time I am in there. Not just with me but with everyone I see him interact with! In addition, he always has a smile on his face and as someone who works in customer service I appreciate his friendly and welcoming demeanor every time I come in. It’s honestly rare. He keeps me coming back! I’m not sure if he is the manager but if not…. he should be, that’s for sure.

Service is abysmal. Prioritizing walks in over ppl that mobile orders and have them sit there for 30 mins. How ridiculous. At that rate turn off the app to do online if you can't handle it. This is a good way to lose customers permanently. I understand you need to take care of walk ins but whats the point of ordering ahead and still waiting longer then ppl that walk in. Bad business practice.
