The staff were rude. The lady who took my order at the drive-through needs to be fired. I won’t be returning.. What an utter disgrace.

My last visit was months ago, and it was the reason I stopped going to CCs. I was in the neighborhood again today and curious about the new fall drinks, but I was again let down. I ordered in the app: 2 fall mochasippis and a breakfast croissant. When I got to the window, they had no idea which order I had and handed me 2 mochasippis with only the blended drink, no caramel, whipped cream, etc on either and my sausage croissant was cold to the touch. It's disappointing since there used to be such good service there a couple of years ago. I guess fool me twice is on me, though, right? Guess I don't have to go back again.

CC,s on Metairie Road is amazing!!! The service is wonderful not to mention the employees are always professional, nice and accommodating. The reason I go to CC’s is more about the service…thank you for getting my day started with a great smile

Omg!!! They politely fu€ked my order twice???So I asked for extra caramel drizzle in the cup of my Mochasippi which seemed foreign at first but they assured me they understood I drive away with a drink that I can't even sip because there was SOOOOO MUCH Caramel in the cup... the drink also tasted like milk and coffee no ice at all lolol I go back I'm not even angry at this point I just want a new drink, I arrive and explain to them the drink isn't right they apologize and are very nice about it as was i, the drink is remade, i drive away take a sip and at that point i was mad ? the drink was horrible tasted like milk and ice it was gross, i was to mad to even go back because I swear i would've went viral ??♀️ NEVER AGAIN!! I usually frequent the one in gretna because ALL the other ones I go to are just as bad as the last however Gretna has a different crew or something because they've been messing up too with sent me to Metairie Rd.??♀️I'm gonna have to start going to Starbucks because I've given CC'S To many chances to mess my order up??♀️

I placed a mobile order and it said it would be ready in ten minutes. I went inside the store 5 minutes after I placed it; the drink hardly had any cold foam on it so I asked nicely if they could put some more on.. she (white, bald lady) said no because it had “already been there for 5 minutes”.. even though I came in 5 min earlier than when it said it would be ready. Sorry but it’s just weird to be dissatisfied with your drink that you already paid for and just be told “no”. Cold foam already costs almost $2.. At the location in Baton Rouge they are super nice and more than happy to fix things like that.
