If I could give a one star review, I would! This is the most unprofessional and disrespectful Chick-fil-a establishment I have ever been to. Not only was my order carelessly prepared, there was no consideration or attempt to fixed the mistake they’ve done. Also, when I tried calling them to inquire about the mistake regarding my order further, a male employee lied about his position at the store and laughed in my face, proceeding to dismiss my complaint. I will not be returning to this location or any others for that matter; absolutely disrespectful.

I decided to place an order from here after repeatedly receiving incorrect orders from other places and being reassured that it wouldn't happen here. Unfortunately, on my very first order, it arrived incorrect. When I tried to get support online, I was redirected to DoorDash, which only refunded a small portion of the meal. Now, I'm left without the correct food, even though the label is accurate, and I've paid extra for something I didn't receive. This is incredibly disappointing. I'll never rely on takeout again—I'll stick to cooking my own meals. Now I'm faced with either spending more money or going hungry until I get home. Thanks for the frustration.

I understand it’s located in the mall. But delivery like doordash and Uber eats shouldn’t be offered. It’s just too much volume for the small store. It’s an incredibly long wait everytime. Not to mention the parking which isn’t the stores fault but just makes another problem for delivery drivers.

We love CFA, and this is a great location! Clean play place that my kids love, great food, and fast and friendly service.
