Chick-fil-A. They're the best with fast food restaurants. The lines are long, but move quickly. They have a system that herds the patrons along. The food is delicious, & hot. Inside has tables, suitable for kids. It's not quiet. They're staff is very helpful and friendly.

One of the workers told us we could get a free small milkshake, but didn’t mention we had to be a certain rank to get it. When we went to the window, another worker told us we couldn’t get it because of our rank, and then they started arguing with us. Mat, the manager, was there, but instead of resolving the situation, it turned into about 10 minutes of back-and-forth with them giving us the wrong information, telling us we had to pay for it, and just generally not helping. Eventually, we did get the milkshake, but by that time, it had already melted from all the waiting. To top it off, all 4 of the workers had attitudes the whole time, making the situation even more uncomfortable. It was a really frustrating experience, and I feel like it could’ve been handled much better. I hope this is something you can address with the team to avoid issues like this in the future.

Usually a good experience! But they are getting awful pricey!! Also I’ve noticed they have been skimping on the waffle fries even more than usual! You’re lucky if the waffle fries even fill the little container! I also have had a couple of orders delivered which were incorrect and when I called the store, the person I spoke to was unwilling to correct it. I’m sadly disappointed.
