This Chick-fil-A is pretty good outside of the parking, which I know that they have tried to extend in the past, but y'all have your workers out in 40° weather and that is really messed up. Yes they have little puffer jackets but you guys definitely need to be providing them with gloves, hats or just keeping them inside if it's under. 50°. They work very hard and I have never had an experience with a Chick-fil-A worker that was not good. So please consider this in the future and taking care of your staff
Finally had their breakfast and wow, my chicken egg salad cheese biscuit was so freaking good if it was early enough I'd circle block and gotten another. The people taking order are always super nice. Only negative couple of their sandwiches are only worth half their price like the grilled chicken muffin.. It's less calories because they give you half the amount of food. Don't get me wrong nearly everything taste amazing and allot better then most fast food, unfortunately you pay extra for better than bad.

It’s sad when you walk in to pick up an order and they can’t understand English and they can’t spell it even though it’s on the receipt. Knowing you’re waiting on your food since they can’t pronounce the word they hide the food and you have to wait till somebody finds your food.

The food was good except the staff forgot the added items on my salad. I called and spoke to management after getting home and realizing their error. Management said they would give me a free salad through the app, but it has still not appeared in the app.

My egg white chicken is always fresh. The service is always great. Especially a few weeks ago, when Beau stopped in the middle of a busy breakfast service to help me jumpstart my car. Even though my car did not start, I was grateful for his willingness to help and with a great attitude!

Today me & my sister got lunch from this establishment, we have a very strict time schedule working for a driving school. We chose chick-fil-A because of their known fast paced drive thru. a hopper took our order and we paid cash, as we pull up to the window to receive our order we were told to pull around until they investigate what happened, in that moment we told (BEAU) that we can not wait because we are on a time schedule. can we just get our money back instead. He then told us our only options were to pull up or he was going to call the POLICE, without explaining why we couldn't get our food or what happened. this was indeed BULLYING! after asking for our money multiple times, the manager on duty who witnessed the word exchange still only brought food to our car. They could not find where we paid for our food after the team member who had taken our order admitted to receiving a payment from us, so they denied us a refund and gave us food, as I stated earlier we did not have the time to wait because of appointments we have committed to at our business. I am very disappointed in the level of service, me and my sister were so upset we became teary eyed eating our lunch, as we did not want to eat from a company who treated us this was and feeling like we had no choice. I have never in life written a review on a business or person. I'm very CONCERNED for chik-fil-a level of business changing.
