I came in to dine alone. I sat at the bar. My server was JOSHUA. He went above and beyond. He is also the bartender. I ordered a TIKI beach Margarita⛱️ (NEW! BACARDI® Silver Rum, el Jimador® Silver Tequila, blue curacao, coconut? and pineapple?.) The drink was perfect. He made it exactly how it's listed and the presentation couldn't have been more aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend this drink if you haven't tried it. I could tell immediately that Josh is a people person and outgoing which is a great quality for this position. He read my energy, could tell I was shy and an introvert and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I never mind dinning alone but especially this night because he made me as comfortable as possible. Whoever the manager is at this chili's should really consider giving Joshua a promotion to assistant manager. Thank you for your time. I hope this post makes it to the right person. Ordered door dash and communication was great and so was the food. Love the triple dipper I always get boneless wings and big mouth bites. I love the chips and salsa. Chips always fresh and so yummy. My boyfriend got the shrimp tacos and he said they were delicious. I really miss the spinach and artichoke dip from here, it was my favorite, I’m so sad they got rid of it and have not brought it back

Had a new waitress but she was great.Kid-friendliness: This is a very kid friendly environment.
Can the service get any worse? I sat at the bar. Bartender was the absolute worst. I was in there for over an hour. Took 30 plus minutes to place an order. I gave up after an hour. She brought me cold food and wanted me to pay for it. I said, take it back and give me the check for my drink. I would NOT return to this place. Poorly maintained.

Very terrible service. We came in sat down wait 10 minutes to be served the person that was supposed to serve us took forever then another person came and took our order. Specially said no ice in my drink and she shook her head yes. Came back with ice in my drink. Not only that but she had got my order wrong and my wife order wrong. Then waited 15 minutes just for our food to be cold. Fries was cold ribs was dry and cold, tender was cold sausage was cold only thing that was hot was the corn that was a cool 5/10. Wasted 50 dollars and if you don’t want to make the same thing I suggest you eat somewhere else.

My meal was not good. The chicken I ordered was burnt badly. The street corn I ordered was half cold (how does that even happen?) And my server never offered me even 1 refill on my drink until I was leaving. At which point they asked if I wanted a to-go drink.Also, while waiting for them to come to see if I wanted my empty cup refilled and to bring me one of their payment machines, I watched them address 3 other tables right near mine. But I seemed completely invisible. My plate had all my used napkins on it so it was obvious I was finished. It took about 10 minutes after I was done before I could pay and was asked if I wanted a drink to go. Also, the server attempted to stop me when I was going to enter my information into the payment machine so I could use my rewards until I told them what I was doing.Did they think I was going to break the payment machine?

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!! Ordered curbside pickup and had to go inside to get the food, who knows how long it was sitting there. Get home realize the forgot my sides to one of my meals were missing even though they had had it marked off , the tortillas that came with my fajitas were crumbled up and all broken up. Highly disappointed, I wish I could’ve have 0 stars.THE WORST CHILIS IVE EVER BEEN TO!!

We ordered take out and they forgot the extra fries, there was a long hair in the ribs and the tortilla chips had a bad smell and were straight up stale. Was so disappointed especially after paying a decent amount of money for everything.
