Chipotle Mexican Grill

Terrible customer service. Staff always moves so slow doing anything but helping the next customer as the line wraps around the store. Do not go here if you have a short lunch break.

To go orders always take 40 minutes+ on simple orders. This is an everyday occurrence. If they worked more and talked less things could run way smoother. Especially when the inside is absolutely dead .

The location is always clean and the food is always fresh. This is my go to chipotle location.

Zoe recently managed my catering order of over 160 burritos. She was very organized! She had the order prepared prior to the arrival of the door dash delivery drivers. In fact, the drivers arrived early and were able to deliver the order early. Both drivers had wagons to deliver the food directly to the event. Zoe even sent me a text to ensure the order was prepared and was planned to be delivered on time. I was super impressed that she managed the large order efficiently and even sent a follow up text to advise the order was enroute. Very happy with the customer service and appreciative of Zoe’s follow up. With such a large event I was thankful food arrived early and was prepared perfectly! Everyone was very happy with their meal. Thank you Zoe!

Not the best Chipotle to visit. The staff has no customer service at all. If it wasn't for the fact that it was Chipotle, no one would go back.

Worker put my burrito in a random persons bag, then tells me to go to the back of the line to order again. Horrible service here. Chipotle has really gone downhill over the past 5 years.

I ordered on DoorDash and had my food delivered. The fajita veggies are not cooked at all and aren’t cut how they usually are, they are very thick pieces. The bowl has a weird taste as well, not sure what it is. Overall not satisfied with the food and I paid quite a bit for it to be nasty.

10 1825. I came to eat feeling weak from the gym excited about eating chipotle. I’ve been eating chipotle for years which I love and there was a pregnant lady and the prep lady that did my burrito gave me a wet burrito and I asked her if she can change my tortilla and gave me attitude and the other pregnant lady too. I felt really bad. I didn’t wanna make a big deal so I just bought my food, but I really felt like telling them a lot of things like I felt it was unfair. The way they were felt treated in the moment and I was really hungry, but the customer service here is really bad. I wish somebody Can change the way they treat clients. I feel so unfair. It’s like why they treat you like that when you’re just trying to have a good time and eat why they give you attitude like nobody wants a wet burrito from chipotle it’s not a small burrito. I loved and didn’t make a big deal at the moment. I did ask to change the tortilla and they just look at me like I’m crazy. I hope things change here. I would like to talk to a manager. I would like for things to get better at this place.

It just seemed too much to pay $20 for a chicken bowl, it came with white rice instead of brown rice as I wanted. Didn’t seem like it had extra chicken, considering chicken is one of the least expensive meat options they have. I didn’t like feeling like I didn’t get my money worth is the worst part though. Especially when a burrito is $10 and is the size of a mini football.

Always good service. There is a young lady Jay who is always polite and It feels like she fixes the food with love. She should be promoted. She has great energy im a fast paced atmosphere
