I came spur of the moment with 5 kids and bestie for my daughter’s 4th birthday today and couldn’t have had a better experience. Even though it wasn’t planned and we didn’t have a reserved table she still got to experience everything and they all had an amazing time for a reasonable price! Thank you again to all the staff especially Jimmy for being so understanding! Y’all rock!

Nice place for children to play, variety of games, first time we went and we liked it, the staff is friendly!! The only thing that takes too long is the food, it took us approximately 1 hour to get a pizza, that was the only unpleasant thing.

This upgraded Chuck E Cheese is nice..I wish the one in West Plano, TX was this nice. We would go more often. This location had so much more for kids to play. There's a salad bar.

Tried to go in and was turned away due to a private party. Drove all the way there. There was no notice. Never heard of being denied entry while a party was happening. Not even allowed to sit. Very disappointed.

You barely get any tickets for the games and not only that when it’s coming time to closing, nobody announces that they’re about to throw away all your things or your food that you pay a lot of money for with no warning whatsoever. I don’t see how their new building doesn’t have a speaker system or why they wouldn’t give customers a warning to gathering their belongings . Most of the games are broken even an employee reassured me of that saying most of the games don’t work right anyway. The manager there is definitely rigged everything to where he can cheat people off, I went for a school event but i will never go back for sure! The manager also ignored my concern about throwing away The food we purchased from there, his response was to me was we’re closing and that’s when it came to mind. Why wouldn’t they warn people to gather their things? I didn’t look at the time I was too busy running behind my child and still had a lot of people around. If I heard an announcement to gather your belongings or simply were closing soon I would’ve gladly grab my things, but nothing.
