Every single game machine was broken or malfunctioned. When we noticed the issues and notified staff we were advised that there is nothing they could do or not even refund us half. It was the worse experience ever, my 4 year old was disappointed and didn’t enjoy his time there. 45 mins of playing broken toys/games isn’t fun. They have to know that these machines aren’t working but still taking peoples money upon entry. Please do better for the sake of business! Some of the machines such as basketball didn’t even have balls in them!! To operating owner I hope you really do better because this is pretty pathetic.

We caught Covid. Lots of games were not working. They are moving so I do understand why no focus on maintaining the old...but I was really looking forward to Whack A Mole!!
The manager and owner of this children's facility should be ashamed of themselves. I was charged full price, but more than half of the games were inoperable. My 3 year old was so bored. We went on a rainy Friday day at 4pm. It was just us and a handful of other people, but the pizza came out cold and the cheese was hard. One of the workers said he'd reset a game for us to get it working, but he never did. Chuck E came out, but didn't dance with the kids; just waved. All profit for them and no value for us. So sad.

Girls bathroom was so dirty plus half of the stalls had no tissue. The old manager with the chunky brown highlights and dusty blonde hair obviously had a long day because she was rushing my son to pick a prize and there was no line behind me. She may need additional customer service training.
