Favorite restaurant! Authentic Cuban food, it’s amazing like if your Cuban grandma made the meal for you. Everything is super clean and fresh. Great atmosphere, great people, great food. My favorite meal is the beef stew with sweet plantains, and I love their natural mango juice!

I had the Cuban sandwich which was awful. The meat had a funny taste. I was very disappointed. There were a lot of customers, so maybe the other food is good.
I drove 15 minutes to this dump because I thought it might have decent Cuban food. Walked in and sat down. The old man just stared at me for five full minutes. There are multiple other reviews about this guy being disrespectful to customers when they walk in. Never took my order. Never said hello. I eventually walked out. If you don't want my money because I'm a white guy then I'll go spend it somewhere else. You can see another reviews that he treats Latin people one way and everyone else a different way. There are so many other places in New orleans. I guess they don't like the white guy going in to order ethnic food. Or they're just lazy and don't want to help. Either way, this isn't the only Cuban place in New orleans. It's just the only one I won't return to.
*Notice how 90% of the positive reviews are from people who are latin, most likely cuban. That just shows that they don't treat other races and ethnicities as well.*

I was excited at the opportunity of going to a Cuban restaurant in New Orleans. However, as soon as we stepped foot in the restaurant , the man at the register instructed us to get up and get our own menu at the register. It did not end there. In order to order our food we had actually physically get up, order at the register, and prepay for the food. Even a glass of water or any beverages required that we get them at the cashier. With the prices they charge, and the fact that there are tables to dine-in, at a minimum they should have a server to take your order and provide service. I would not recommend this place. Service is nonexistent
