Not sure how I feel about it. First time. Wasn't told about any of the happy hour drinks. Didn't really feel welcomed. Ehhh. Gave a nice tip and was on my way. Wish I would have known about the specials probably would have stayed longer. 2 drinks 21.00 w/ tip
I love this place! Not only do they have a great nighttime atmosphere but their prizes and specials do not disappoint! I came for steak night on Thursday and my plate was loaded, fries loaded, including a side salad and toast all for $14 and served within minutes! Can’t wait to go back and celebrate with their 2 burgers and 2 beers giveaway!

City Bar Metairie is a sports bar located on Veterans close to the I-10 interstate. They offer specials for steaks on Thursdays. My husband and I visited and had no issues. Its casual attire, host an extremely long bar with lots of Televisions for sports viewing, booths and high top tables. It was safe for us , no issues with locales.
