Great cookies….terrible, truly awful hours. Why even portray yourself as a retail store. You are NEVER open. And tried to order same day service on your delicious, Same Day cookies (designated on the website as same day….not your big fancy custom built bouquets) and guess what, the same day cookies are not available for delivery or pickup even when I go in to order at 7 am on that same day. Very consistently disappointing.

They immediately reprocessed my order and delivered it within a couple of hours. Top tier customer service. My sister loved her gift and I will definitely order from them again.

I live in Virginia and have family in NOLA and have ordered them from on many occasions. This time I asked Jessica to do something special for a 40th birthday present. They created the theme and cookies and accoutrements to go along with the theme. It was an amazing basket of goodies and very well received by my daughter-in-law and family.
