The longest wait ever for hot tea. At least 15 minutes to pour hot water in a cup. The lady working the counter today must have had no idea what she was doing. There were only two people in there when I arrived.After waiting 10 minutes in line people kept coming in and walking out because this barista was taking so long. The tea is good but they need to improve their service.

I visited here about 3 months ago. I was not super impressed with this location especially after loving the one on Magazine. This place is just too small and seemed like not even half the menu was available here as it is on the Magazine street location, especially when it comes to food l ike muffalettas and what not. The staff was decently nice, I think the staff at the other location were more fun and engaging. The place was clean as was the bathroom, I liked the seating near the window to people watch. It is a nice addition but I think it needs more menu items to thrive.

We have been here a few times and the coffee is phenomenal! I get the Cold Brew Cubano and it’s amazing. Nice little atmosphere and very conveniently located. The barista is also very friendly and helpful!
So happy Coast Roast opened a Metairie location. Once you switch to quality coffee at places like this, you'll never go back to the big chains. Delicious coffee and a very friendly staff. Love the option to order online, too.

This coffee hits the spot every-time. If I said the coffee was good that would be an understatement, because the coffee is GREAT! I haven’t tried something from the menu that wasn’t incredible. You know what makes this place even better? The service! Every Barista has been super helpful with explaining the menu and making me feel welcome. This place is no doubt my new go-to coffee shop.

We love the vanilla sweet cream cold brew iced coffee. Believe it or nit, they have the best coffee shop ice in the city! For breakfast, they have nice treats, we like the stuffed waffle and the breakfast burrito (but it is spicy!).
